Cora is an award winning singer from Germany, currently residing in California.

She’s a recipient of the 2024 Indy awards in the category “best cast” for her performance as Annas in the all female production “Jesus Christ Superstar”, that premiered at Center Stage Theater Santa Barbara in April 2024.

Cora not only has a rich experience in performing opera and musical theater, but she also loves to sing chanson, pop and cabaret. On top of that she is an avid improviser and writes her own songs.

The mezzo-soprano performed all over the world. Important productions include “Alma” in the world premiere of “A bad man’s life” at Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg, “Annas” in “Jesus Christ Superstar” at Center Stage Theater Santa Barbara and “Margaret Fuller” in the world premiere of musical theater production “Transcendent” in New York City.

Furthermore the singer curates her own concerts and recitals, such as “in wonderland” that premiered in NYC in 2023.

Cora loves to collaborate with other musicians, hosts artistic sound baths and passes on her passion for voice and self-expression through workshops all over the world.
